Raspberry Pistachio Tart
Ingredients
Pastry:
- 175g of sponge biskuits (packing)
- 50g rubbed almonds
- 125g butter
- 75g chocolate glaze
Filling:
- 25g flan gel
- 450g white yogurt
- 1 packing unit of sour cream 15%
- 50ml whipped cream
- 200g raspberries
- 20ml lemon juice
- 110g sand sugar
- 400g vanilla sugar
- 30g nature pistachios
- 100ml water
Directions
Pastry:
Mix the pastry ingredients and put them in the form.
Filling:
Dip the gel in cold water, decant when it swells up. Boil water and put the flan gel back.
Mix yogurt with sour cream, add sugars, lemon juice, add melted flan gel and whipped cream, add part of the raspberries.
Decorate with raspeberries, pistachios and whipped cream.
